Description
- Improve CID generation with more randomness with 15 bits of tv_usec for UTC date.
- udataobj/RM Oracle_XA RM shall use "-L${ORACLE_HOME}/lib" instead of "-L$(ORACLE_HOME)/lib"
- buildtools incorrectly checks lib64 directory, thus adds /usr/lib to cc instead of /usr/lib64, which gives some compiler warnings
